Legal secretary/administrator/receptionist. Hours Monday to Friday 10.00am to 2.00pm.
Duties: answering phone calls, liaising with clients, police, Crown Prosecution Service and courts. Typing correspondence, case progression, opening files, updating diary as required and any other general office/admin tasks. Must have good command of the English language and be confident in wording letters and emails. Professional telephone manner and confidence in dealing with people both over the telephone and face to face is essential. Salary to be confirmed.
