Summary



We are seeking a Legal Support Assistant to join our dynamic Corporate and Commercial team at Macleod & MacCallum. This role is essential in providing administrative and organizational support to our legal professionals, ensuring that our clients receive the highest standard of service.

Responsibilities



Provide administrative support to solicitors, including document preparation and processing Assist in managing client communications and scheduling appointments. Organize and maintain case files, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date. Conduct research and analysis as required to support legal proceedings. Deliver excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally. Collaborate with team members to streamline office operations and improve efficiency.

Requirements



Good keyboard skills and experience in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Most of the work will be audio based and previous experience of using dictation transcribers would be an advantage. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Proven experience in an administrative or support role is desirable but not essential. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to analyze information effectively and provide insights when necessary. A customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
