Job Description

Trust Administration


Oversee the administration of a portfolio of trusts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory obligations.

Prepare and maintain trust documentation including accounts.

Coordinate annual trust reviews and distributions.

Setting up and running the Trust Corporation after external training.

Client & Trustee Liaison


Act as a key point of contact for beneficiaries and trustees.

Arrange and attend trustee meetings where required.

Provide clear explanations of trust matters to clients and beneficiaries.

Tax & Regulatory Compliance


Assist with the collation of information for the trust tax returns, preparation and submission of inheritance tax forms and other filings.

Monitor and ensure compliance with HMRC trust registration and reporting requirements.

Liaise with accountants and financial advisers as necessary.

Financial Management


Manage trust bank accounts, investment portfolios and distributions.

Monitor trust income and expenditure, preparing financial summaries and reports.

Team Support & Development


Work closely with the wider Private Client team to support complex trust and estate planning matters.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date trust records and files.

Contribute to improving internal trust administration processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 25,000.00-40,000.00 per year
