We're looking for an
energetic, friendly, and motivated Leisure Assistant - Community Activator Apprentice
to help run our community sports facilities, support local people to get active, organise and deliver exciting activities!

Level 2 or 3 Community Sport & Health Officer
?
Level 2 Sports Coaching Qualification
(plus the opportunity to coach sessions once qualified!)
What You'll Be Doing:
Setting up and packing away sports like
pickleball, badminton, football pitches
and more.
Helping with
sports facility lettings
and making sure everything runs smoothly.
Running
fun weekend birthday parties
-- think
inflatables, go-karts, and action-packed games
!
Supporting sports and health programmes that make a difference in our community.
Delivering sports coaching sessions (once you've gained your Level 2 coaching qualification).
Keeping our spaces safe, clean, and welcoming for everyone.
Learning about facility management, site security and opening and closing procedures
What We're Looking For:
A passion for sport, physical activity, and working with people.
Someone who's reliable, friendly, and ready to learn.
Happy to work
evenings and weekends
. Shifts will be Monday to Friday between 3pm and 10pm and weekends between 8am and 6pm - with 2 days off each week
No experience needed -- just enthusiasm and commitment!
