Who we are



We have an exercise ethos based around everyday functional movement, whether through members' classes or guided exercise on the Gym floor. We seek to re-align the body's natural sequence, helping our members move fully. The Spa, Cafe and Lounges provide space to relax, re-invigorate and meet with friends.

The Opportunity



We are looking for a trained and experienced health club team member who is able to provide fitness, personal training and exercise sessions to a high standard for clients and members.

You will be a natural connector with an interest and passion for health, wellness, nutrition and fitness. You will provide a caring and attentive level of service for our members & guests, under the supervision of the Team Managers, who will provide support for your development and training. You and the whole team will be multi-skilled, working collaboratively and offering the very best to our members.

Your role will be wide and varied, representing the company's core beliefs and values. All team members are required to have an attention to detail, the desire to learn, an ability to strike up a conversation with confidence and care. The ability to work very well in a team environment, and display superb communication skills, whilst taking instructions from senior executives. This is an ideal position for a smart, motivated individual who has a huge passion for excellence, and a high regard for working in a collaborative environment.

You will have a wealth of responsibilities, wide and varied making no day the same. In time and with the required training, this will include:

Job specifics:-

Greet Health Club members, Spa and hotel guest as they arrive and deal with their needs from checking in, taking payments and general enquiries Run new members through the registration procedures and vital elements of their day ahead or visit Hand out membership cards and provide members with information on the health club's services Inform members of the limitations of the health club and ensure that they are followed Take potential new members around the whole facility and answer questions along with show rounds for Spa guests and hotel guests. Educate members regarding the safe use of equipment Demonstrate equipment used for new members Ensure that equipment is properly maintained and locked down at the end of the day Make awareness to your manager of any faulty equipment in order to ensure safety Make sure that there are enough health club supplies available and topped up at all times Suggestively sell health club's packages, clothing, food and beverage Daily cleaning task, completing opening and closing checklist Running food and beverage orders Opening and closing of facility following correct procedures Maintaining high standards and guest Celeb service at all times All training provided
You must be able to work within a small team and maintain the high standards of customer care already established. You will be expected to prioritise and plan your work effectively and efficiently.
