ROLE SNAPSHOT
Pay:
13/hour (introductory rate, with the potential to increase--up to 14.50/hour--following a successful four-month probationary period).
Responsibilities:
- Scheduling lessons.
- Updating and maintaining lesson timetables.
- Handling lesson reschedules and cancellations.
- Handling teacher availability.
- Answering client enquiries via text.
- Preparing schedules for new terms.
- Liaising with the finance coordinator.

Employment:
Part-time, contractor. Please note this is not initially a PAYE position; the successful applicant will be engaged on a self-employed basis and responsible for their own taxes and contributions. However, there is potential for the role to transition to a permanent PAYE arrangement, depending on performance and tenure.

WHAT SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS ARE NEEDED?
Essential:
Minimum two years' experience in customer service, with hands-on experience managing timetables, bookings, or schedules.
Excellent computer skills.
Strong written communication -- polished, warm, and free from errors.
Desirable:
Full UK driver's license and access to a car.
