As a Lettings Agent, you will be required to:

Supporting the daily operations of the lettings department Registering and assessing applicants, and matching them with suitable rental properties Conducting property viewings and providing timely feedback to both applicants and landlords Developing and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants Adhering to company policies, procedures, and standards Ensuring all tenancy agreements are correctly signed and completed Carrying out tenancy check-ins and check-outs Letting properties in accordance with company targets and client expectations Monitoring rent payments and handling financial transactions related to lettings Keeping accurate records and managing calendars and appointments efficiently Working closely with colleagues across departments, including property management and marketing

The ideal candidate will be:

Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (required) Wiling to work 1 in 3 Saturdays Lettings or estate agencies experience (desirable) Diary management Outstanding customer care/customer service experience Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented Strong verbal and written communication skills
