We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented and bilingual

Letting and Marketing Officer

to join our team. This role blends rental operations with content creation and digital marketing -- including platforms such as

Xiaohongshu (RED), WeChat Video Channel, Instagram, TikTok

, and more. You'll be at the forefront of driving occupancy while building a strong online brand presence across both English- and Mandarin-speaking audiences.

Letting Responsibilities

Generating quality leads & Managing your applicant portfolio Booking in and carrying out proper Arrange viewings on a daily basis Consistently achieving high conversion rates. Working closely with the Senior Lettings Negotiator to identify new business opportunities. Promoting our products & services where appropriate and generating referral leads. Having an in-depth understanding of the local market and competitors in the area to maintain a competitive advantage. Ensuring that all instructions are presented to the highest standard to prospective Tenants. Ensuring that all documentation is completed before the beginning of the tenancy Ensuring that all financial targets are met and are exceeded on a monthly basis. Managing customer feedback effectively Actively supporting the Branch in achieving the highest levels of customer service Pro-actively managing, maintaining and developing relationships with both Landlords and Tenants.

Marketing Responsibilities

Digital & Social Media Marketing

Plan and execute social campaigns across

Xiaohongshu, WeChat Video Channel, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts

Shoot and edit short-form videos, vlogs, and behind-the-scenes content Write engaging captions and produce visual content (images, thumbnails, posters) Track post engagement and audience growth using platform analytics tools Maintain brand tone and visual consistency across all platforms
Campaign Management

Organize online promotions and seasonal campaigns Collaborate with influencers or KOLs for property promotion Assist in hosting open houses and live streaming events Produce and distribute promotional materials for key listings
