This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced accounts/administrator to join a well known and progressive estate agency brand based in their busy Lincoln city centre office. This reputable firm are looking for an organised and articulate character, with a strong administration background and excellent computer skills. Our client is an independent Property Agent in Lincoln are seeking an organised and proactive Accounts Assistant to join their Lettings team in their city centre office on a part time or full time basis. To be considered for this role you must have fantastic customer service skills, willingness to go the extra mile and be a great team player. You must also have a strong finance or account assistant background. Personal skills and qualities: -Good knowledge of accounting processes and procedures -Able to meet deadlines -Estate Agency or Lettings knowledge is an added benefit -Strong communication skills, both oral and written -Desire to engage effectively with clients -Able to work efficiently alone or as part of a team -Passionate about doing a good job -Computer literate -Honest and trustworthy -Accountancy qualifications are an added benefit but not essential -A proven track record working in an accounts/finance role The successful candidate will be expected to assist the team with their day to day duties, carry out support work for the office and assist with inputting data as needed. There is a lots of flexibility in the role, the client is more interested in finding the right character. they will consider full or part time hours with no weekend working. this will be a varied role, with possibly some lettings negotiation work included for the right candidate.
A generous salary is being offered dependent on experience, hours and capabilities.
