We are looking for a motivated person to join our small accounts team at The Property Group, to assist with the administration the landlord accounts across our business comprising of 8 estate agency offices throughout Somerset and Dorset.
This position will be based at Hobbs and Webb Estate Agents in Weston-super-Mare and will cover all our offices of Mayfair, Berrymans, Hobbs and Webb and Tamlyns Estate Agents.
The ideal candidate should have good oral and written communication skills, be confident in their numeracy skills and be able to demonstrate attention to detail while working to deadlines. The role would suit someone with previous experience in administration and bookkeeping or purchase ledger work. Experience in using Excel, Word and Adobe required.
This role reports to the company's Management Accountant
Key areas of responsibility would include:
Daily allocation of rents paid by tenants.
Process daily payment of rents received to landlords and issue statements using our lettings management system.
Payment runs to contractors out of client funds.
Deal with landlord and contractor queries as required.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 16,224.00-20,280.00 per year
Expected hours: 24 - 30 per week
