Lettings Agent / Sales Agent

Full Time or Part Time (Saturday is a working day)

Opening Hours 9am to 6pm Weekdays, Saturdays 9am to 4pm (Flexible hours considered)

Work From Home

Experienced or No Experience are both welcome.

Own Car essential.

Undertaking all Lettings Agent / Estate Agent duties including:

Dealing with Applicants, Landlords, Tenants, Purchasers, Vendors Arranging and Conducting Viewings Taking Offers Lettings and Sales Progression Property Management Managing Repairs and Maintenance Property Inspections Inventories, Check Ins and Check Outs Preparing Property Details and Photographs Telephone Use (must be able to speak English and be clearly understood) Computer Use General Office Duties and Admin
Starting salary for candidates with no experience: At or close to National Living Wage / National Minimum Wage / Apprenticeship dependent on your age.

Salary for candidates with experience: Based on value to our business

Prospects: Opportunity to advance to Branch Manager (only if you want to).

We are an independent single branch agency based in Addlestone. Most of our business is Lettings but we also do Sales and Property Management. We enjoy our work and find it is a varied, busy and exciting job.

We are seeking local candidates who live within 20 to 30 minutes commute of Addlestone.
