We are looking to employ a lettings negotiator to let and manage a portfolio of properties on behalf of our clients.

The role holder will be responsible for office based tasks including, answering incoming calls, dealing with email enquiries, organised and carrying out viewings, renting and managing properties on behalf of our clients. This position will also offer the opportunity to get involved in all aspects of the property industry.
Working as a key member of the team, this role will suit an ambitious individual with excellent customer service and telephone experience. It is vital you are comfortable working independently and have a keen interest/ passion for service. The successful candidate must have the following skills/ experience coupled with a desire to learn!
- Excellent customer services and telephone-based experience.
- The ability to communicate professionally and confidently to wide range of customers
- The ability to work both weekends where needed and work independently.
- Self Motivated with a desire to succeed
A UK diving licence and access to your own car is vital.
