Duties

Manage rental inquiries promptly through outbound calling and follow-up communications to maximize leasing opportunities.
Assist clients throughout the leasing process by providing detailed information on rental terms, application procedures, and required documentation.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, property details, and leasing statuses using data entry tools and Microsoft Office applications.
Support the onboarding process for new tenants by verifying references, processing applications, and handling lease agreements with attention to detail.
Handle cash transactions related to deposits or fees with integrity and precision.
Provide exceptional customer support by addressing client concerns promptly and professionally, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations within the call center environment or office setting.
Analyze market trends and client feedback to improve service delivery and identify new leasing opportunities.
