Part-Time Property Consultant / Viewing Assistant - West London Based - Flexible Hours - Immediate Start
We are a growing and dynamic West London-based estate agency looking for a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a Property Consultant / Viewing Assistant. This is a flexible role ideal for someone with a passion for property, great customer service skills, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to emails, phone calls, and general property enquiries
Register applicants and maintain accurate records in our CRM system
Schedule and book in property viewings
Carry out property viewings with prospective tenants or buyers
Follow up with applicants after viewings and maintain ongoing communication
Chase applicants who haven't responded to previous contact or viewings
Carry out routine property inspections and complete inspection reports
Assist with general admin tasks on an ad-hoc basis
Requirements:
Must be based in or around West London
Must have your own car (mileage/parking costs reimbursed)
Confident, friendly, and professional communication style
Highly organised and able to manage your own diary
Comfortable using email, basic software, and CRM systems
Previous experience in estate agency or customer service is a plus, but not essential
Work Environment:
