Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm (Fridays finish at 4:00pm)

Letting Agent

to join our busy and friendly team.

About the Role

As a Letting Agent, you will manage the lettings process from start to finish for a portfolio of properties, helping landlords and tenants alike to achieve the best possible outcomes.

Your responsibilities will include:

Ensuring properties are ready and compliant for new tenancies Carrying out viewings of available properties Negotiating tenancy agreements between applicants and landlords. Managing landlords' expectations regarding potential maintenance works or improvements Managing tenancies by maintaining consistent communication with landlords and tenants throughout the duration of the tenancies Tenancy inspections and terminations.

About You

Previous experience in lettings, property management, or customer service is desirable Strong communication and negotiation skills Excellent organisation and attention to detail A proactive and professional approach to work

ARLA Propertymark Technical Award Level 6

or equivalent qualification (desirable) A full UK driving licence
