Handle telephone calls, emails and in branch enquiries.
Provide administrative support to both the sales and lettings teams, including managing schedules, preparing sales and rental documents, booking viewings and property inspections.
Ensure file note are updated in a timely manner.
Update clients regarding property interest and feedback.
Work alongside other departments to ensure swift and efficient processes.
Conduct property viewings when required, including some evenings and weekends.
Requirements:
Experience in an admin or sales support role within the property industry, with a strong understanding of both sales and lettings processes, is desirable but not essential.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Additional languages an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
A full, clean driving licence.
A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and embrace an ever-changing business.
