About Us
We are a fast-scaling property company managing student and professional rentals across Oxford, Coventry, and other UK cities. We move quickly, close deals daily, and do not operate like a traditional estate agency. This is the peak season - urgency and performance are everything.
The Role
We need a Remote Lettings Negotiator & Property Sales Closer who can take full control of the rental cycle - from the first enquiry to a signed tenancy agreement. You will work directly on inbound leads, convert them quickly, and coordinate with on-site viewing agents where needed. We are only looking for candidates who have real experience in renting and can deliver results in the first week itself.
Key Responsibilities
Convert inbound rental leads via WhatsApp, phone, and email - managing the entire sales cycle.
Drive urgency with prospective tenants and secure bookings under tight timelines.
Coordinate property viewings (on-site agents will handle physical showings).
Collect holding deposits, issue paperwork, and close deals independently.
Ensure compliance steps are followed on every booking.
Keep CRM fully updated in real time - no delays, no gaps.
Provide clear weekly pipeline reports.
Requirements
Must be UK-based (remote role but aligned with UK property market).
Proven track record in property lettings or similar high-pressure B2C rental sales.
Strong WhatsApp and phone-led sales ability.
Self-sufficient - can perform without constant oversight.
CRM experience - capable of managing pipeline, notes, and reporting accurately.
Confident closer - skilled at handling objections and securing fast commitments.
Note to Candidates
This is our busiest season & we have a surge of inventory and leads that need to be converted quickly. At this stage, we cannot wait weeks for you to settle in. You must be able to perform from Day 1 and start contributing to bookings immediately.
We are a supportive company and once the lettings season ends, we will be flexible with giving you more time and space to settle, learn, and grow. To reward high performance during this peak period, we are also open to offering extra paid holidays in October once the rush is over.
Compensation
Base Salary: 28,000 - 30,000 per year
Commission: Up to 50 per completed booking (uncapped)
