Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Lettings and Social Media Creator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the lettings process, ensuring a seamless experience for both landlords and tenants, as well as helping the team grow their social media. This position requires strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

As part of the role and alongside your base salary, you'll also have the opportunity to earn uncapped commission.

Responsibilities

Handle tenant enquiries, arrange and conduct property viewings. Be on hand to answer the telephones and reply back to email enquiries. Assistant with managing tenancy applications, referencing, and tenancy agreements. Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn to showcase properties, promote the brand, and build community engagement. Produce creative property marketing campaigns including high-quality photos, videos, reels, and short-form content. Develop and manage paid social media advertising campaigns to generate leads. Grow online audiences, drive traffic to listings, and increase landlord and tenant enquiries via digital channels. Organise appointments for viewings, meetings, and other lettings-related activities. Support the team with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.

Experience

Previous administrative experience is essential for this role. Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn) and how to use them to build brand awareness and engagement. Creative eye for content creation (photos, videos, reels, stories, posts). Strong communication skills are required to interact effectively with clients and colleagues. A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a small team.

Pay: 12.21 per hour
