The Role

We're looking for a friendly, organised person to join our Haverfordwest team in a part-time role focused on lettings support. Whether it's arranging viewings, updating listings, or helping landlords and tenants through the day-to-day, this is a hands-on role where no two days are quite the same.

What You'll Be Doing

Responding to lettings enquiries by phone and email Booking and conducting viewings Keeping property adverts and records up to date Assisting with property visits and basic inspections Supporting the team with general admin and lettings tasks Working closely with landlords, tenants and contractors

What We're Looking For

A confident communicator who enjoys working with people Comfortable using email, online systems and calendars Well organised and able to manage your time A positive, proactive attitude A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

Working Hours

This is a part-time position for

14 hours per week

, worked across the following:

Every Wednesday

- 6 hours (9am - 3pm)

Every Tuesday

- 2 hours (10am-12pm)

Alternate Thursdays

- 6 hours (9am - 3pm)

Alternate Saturdays

- 6 hours (9am - 3pm)
