We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lettings Assistant to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the lettings process, ensuring that all administrative tasks are handled efficiently and effectively. This position is ideal for individuals who possess strong organisational skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. This role offers both part-time and full-time options.
Responsibilities
Assist with the management of property listings, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date
Coordinate and conduct viewings and follow up with potential tenants to gather feedback
Maintain an organised filing system for tenant applications, contracts, keys and correspondence
Liaise with tenants and stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication throughout the lettings process
Carry out property inventories and key audits
Quarterly property checks
Handle administrative checks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails and managing schedules
Support the team in marketing properties and events through various channels including online platforms and on social media
Other Ad-Hoc duties
Skills
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent administrative abilities to ensure efficient office operations
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact professionally with clients and colleagues
Multilingual capabilities are advantageous, enhancing communications with diverse clientele

Essentials:
Must have a full UK driving license with access to personal vehicle (mileage allowance will be paid)
Must be willing to have DBS checks
