Unity lets is a well-established and busy Letting Agency specialising in both residential and student lettings. We are now expanding the business and we're looking for an Assistant Manager to join our busy Plymouth Branch.

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Lettings Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in property management and customer service within the lettings industry. The successful candidate will play a vital part in supporting the lettings process, ensuring smooth communication between clients and tenants, and maintaining organised records. A friendly demeanour, organisational skills, and strong communication abilities are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting the Lettings Manager with the daily operation of the lettings office Managing a portfolio of residential and student properties Liaising with Landlords, tenants, contractors and third parties Conducting property Appraisals & Instructions, Viewings and Negotiations Overseeing tenancy progression from offer to move in Handling maintenance issues efficiently and professionally Ensuring compliance with up-to-date legislation and company procedures Assisting with staff supervision and training where required Complaints handling Marketing and Review progression

Our Ideal Candidate:

Proven experience in residential or student lettings Strong organisation and time-management skills Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment Good knowledge of UK lettings legislation and compliance IT literate with experience using property management software Full UK driving licence
