As
Lettings Branch Manager
, you'll lead from the front -- developing your team, driving business growth, and ensuring every landlord and tenant receives exceptional service.
You'll play a key role in building your branch's success -- managing daily operations, supporting your team, and overseeing the full lettings process from valuation to move-in.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership:
Motivate and inspire your team through daily meetings, one-to-ones, and performance coaching.
Business Development:
Drive new business, maximise repeat opportunities, and identify ways to grow your market share.
Client Relationship Management:
Build long-term relationships with landlords and tenants, ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction.
Property Management:
Oversee viewings, negotiate offers, and manage tenancy agreements.
Compliance:
Ensure all lettings activity adheres to current legislation and industry best practice.
About You
Minimum
2 years' experience
in residential lettings, ideally at
Senior Negotiator
level or above.
Proven
leadership and coaching skills
, with the ability to motivate and develop others.
Excellent
business acumen
and understanding of the local market.
Strong
communication and relationship-building
abilities.
Sound knowledge of
lettings legislation and compliance
.
Highly
organised
, able to handle a busy workload effectively.
Full UK driving licence
(manual vehicle required).
