As

Lettings Branch Manager

, you'll take ownership of a high-performing branch in

Crewe

, leading a motivated team, driving business growth, and delivering outstanding service to landlords and tenants in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities



Leadership:

Motivate, coach, and develop your team to achieve and exceed lettings targets.

Business Growth:

Generate new business opportunities, win new instructions, and build lasting client relationships.

Performance Management:

Conduct regular one-to-one meetings and monitor key metrics to maintain high performance.

Customer Excellence:

Ensure an exceptional experience for both landlords and tenants throughout the lettings process.

Compliance:

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of lettings legislation and ensure all operations meet legal and industry standards.

Negotiation & Tenancy Management:

Oversee property viewings, negotiate offers, and manage tenancies efficiently.

About You



Minimum

2 years' experience

in residential lettings (Senior Negotiator level or higher). Strong

leadership, coaching, and motivational

skills. Excellent

communication and relationship-building

abilities. Thorough understanding of

lettings legislation and compliance

. Highly organised and confident working in a

fast-paced, high-volume

environment. Proficient in

Microsoft Office

and property management systems.

Full UK driving licence (manual vehicle)

required.

Monday to Friday: 8:30am-6:00pm
Every other Saturday: 9:00am-5:00pm
