Lettings Branch Manager

Key Responsibilities

Leadership:

Motivate, coach, and develop your team through morning meetings, ongoing mentoring, and clear performance goals.

Business Development:

Generate new instructions, expand market share, and maximise revenue potential.

Client Expertise:

Act as the trusted lettings advisor, delivering tailored advice to landlords and tenants.

Valuations & Instructions:

Conduct property valuations, win new business, and ensure strong conversion rates.

Performance Management:

Take full ownership of branch lettings targets and business results.

Local Market Focus:

Build your professional profile as the go-to lettings expert in

Sittingbourne

and the surrounding area.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with colleagues across sales and property management to ensure an excellent client journey.

About You

Experienced in

residential lettings

, with a strong track record of converting valuations into instructions. Previous

team leadership or management

experience within a lettings environment. Driven, ambitious, and proactive -- with a passion for exceeding expectations. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven culture. Ethical, professional, and customer-focused in every interaction.

Full UK driving licence

required.
