About the Role



We're looking for a dynamic and ambitious

Lettings Branch Manager

to lead a high-performing branch in

Walthamstow

. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced lettings professional to take full ownership of a key office, inspire a talented team, drive business growth, and deliver outstanding service in a competitive London market.

You'll combine confident leadership with hands-on involvement, ensuring smooth branch operations while exceeding targets and consistently delivering a first-class experience to both landlords and tenants.

Key Responsibilities



Branch Leadership:

Lead, manage, and motivate the lettings team to consistently achieve and exceed branch targets.

Team Coaching & Development:

Deliver ongoing coaching through structured one-to-ones, training, and performance management.

Business Growth:

Generate new landlord instructions, build repeat business, and drive the branch pipeline.

Client Relationship Management:

Maintain strong, long-term relationships with landlords and tenants, ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the lettings process.

Operational Oversight:

Oversee viewings, tenancy negotiations, and the successful agreement of new tenancies.

Compliance & Standards:

Ensure the branch operates in full alignment with lettings legislation, regulatory requirements, and company procedures.

What We're Looking For



Minimum

2 years' experience in residential lettings

(Senior Negotiator level or higher). Proven

leadership and coaching ability

, capable of developing a high-performing team. Strong

customer service orientation

and the ability to build trusted relationships. Solid understanding of

lettings legislation, compliance, and industry standards

. Excellent

communication and organisational skills

. Confidence managing busy workloads and making commercial decisions.

Full UK manual driving licence

required. Strong

Microsoft Office and general IT proficiency

Basic salary up to 32,000

(DOE)

Uncapped OTE 60,000+
