We're excited to be looking for a Lettings Coordinator to join our vibrant and passionate team at our Cathays branch. This is a full-time, permanent position for an individual who is driven and organised. You will be required to work alongside our Lettings and Maintenance team to deliver the highest standard of service.

The role itself

Operating within a fast-paced and dynamic environment where no two days are the same, your responsibilities will initially include (but are not limited to):

Liaising with prospective tenants and new applicants to schedule property viewings, while gathering and managing relevant information to assist them in securing suitable accommodation. Managing a shared inbox and coordinating calendars for appointments, inspections, and property visits. Handling day-to-day enquiries from tenants, landlords, and contractors through email, telephone, and in-person interactions. Serving as a key point of contact for coordinating team activities and communication. Delivering high standards of customer service to foster strong, long-term relationships with clients. Carrying out a variety of administrative tasks to support both the lettings and property maintenance functions of the business.

About you

The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will be someone who is personable and approachable, with a willingness to support and assist others when needed. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility, approaching tasks with determination and a proactive mindset. You'll be someone who considers others, with the ability to manage your own workload while also overseeing the workload of others. You will have the ability to handle multiple responsibilities and prioritise work load effectively
As Wales leading lettings agent we need to be dynamic due to a lot of our work being seasonal. In the summer period, we are busy helping students move into their new homes. Come autumn, it's full of the excitement of matching student applicants with houses for their next academic year. All year round we act as the go between, between Contractors, Landlords & Occupants.
