27,000, plus enrolment into a pension scheme

Job Summary:



The Lettings Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the lettings team by ensuring a smooth rental process for landlords and tenants. This includes handling property listings, booking viewings, conducting viewings, managing tenancy agreements, and ensuring legal and compliance requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities:



Serve as the point of contact for lettings inquiries from prospective tenants and landlords Conduct viewings for prospective tenants Schedule and coordinate property viewings, valuations, and inspections Support the lettings team with property marketing: uploading listings, writing descriptions, and updating portals Process applications and conduct reference checks on prospective tenants Prepare tenancy agreements, move-in packs, and related documentation Ensure all lettings are compliant with current legislation, including Right to Rent checks Liaise with landlords and tenants to coordinate move-ins, renewals, and terminations Maintain up-to-date records on the lettings system Provide administrative support to the lettings team and branch as needed Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-ins professionally

Requirements:



Previous experience in lettings, estate agency, or property administration would be preferred, however full training will be given, so not necessary Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of current lettings legislation (desirable) Have use of own car with mileage paid by the company
