The Package:



Up to 27,000 salary per annum Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00 (40-hour work week, inclusive of breaks) Flexible start and finish times could be negotiated. 26 days annual leave per annum (+ 1 additional day per years' service up to maximum of 30 days) + bank holidays Pension + healthcare schemes

The Lettings Coordinator Role:



Support the Senior Manager - Lettings & Resident Experience in meeting KPIs, with a focus on sales and let volumes Ensure prompt, high-quality property marketing Manage enquiries, arrange viewings, and gather feedback Coordinate applications and third-party referencing Gather resident feedback to identify risks and improvements Log and resolve complaints in line with policy Contribute to marketing initiatives to increase property visibility Support new resident service initiatives to enhance the resident journey Handle admin tasks including data entry and reporting Ensure compliance with all resident service regulations Promote a culture of innovation, accountability, and customer focus Leverage technology for efficiency and speed

The Person:



Knowledge of property marketing, lettings, and the real estate sector Strong time management and multitasking skills Excellent communication, both written and verbal Technologically savvy and comfortable with digital tools Detail-oriented and results-driven Empathetic, emotionally intelligent, and customer-centric
