Lettings Administrator - East LondonContract: Full Time | Permanent
Salary: xc2xa328,000 - xc2xa332,000 basic + quarterly bonusesWork schedule: Mon - Fri. Option to work from home 1 day a week (after successful completion of the probationary period)We're partnering with a leading estate agency in East London that's on the lookout for a meticulous and motivated Lettings Administrator to join their busy East London office.This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong lettings administration or coordination experience to play an important role supporting the lettings team with all pre-tenancy administration and progression, tenancy compliance and customer care. You will regularly liaise with tenants and Landlords throughout and be part of a high performing team.Key Responsibilities:

  • Tenancy Progression: Efficiently manage the progression of deals from offer to completion, ensuring all deadlines are met and legal/regulatory requirements are adhered to.
  • Compliance Management: Conduct Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks, manage documentation, and coordinate essential services such as Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) and safety checks.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with tenants and landlords, addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records in Veco, ensuring all data is up-to-date and compliant with company policies.
  • Team Collaboration: Actively contribute to team meetings, sharing insights and collaborating to achieve departmental goals.
Ideal Candidate
  • Experience: Previous experience in a Lettings Administration or Tenancy Progression role is essential.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • High-Volume Environment: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, KPI-driven setting.
  • Team Player: Collaborative mindset with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with property legislation and compliance standards.
  • ARLA Qualification: Desirable but not essential.
