Overview:



We are seeking a highly organised and motivated

Lettings Coordinator

to join our dynamic and friendly team in our busy Hove office. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth progression of tenancies from the point a let is agreed through to the tenant moving in.

The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of administrative and coordination tasks, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and excellent customer service at every step. Full training will be provided, and you will work in a supportive, fast-paced environment alongside experienced and helpful colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:



Liaise professionally with landlords and tenants to progress tenancies from offer stage through to move-in. Prepare and issue tenancy agreements and related documentation with a high level of accuracy. Carry out tenant referencing using our online referencing platform. Ensure all required compliance documentation (e.g., EPCs, gas safety certificates, EICRs) is collected and in place before tenancy start. Coordinate move-in dates, key handovers and all logistics surrounding tenancy commencement. Prepare property brochures and marketing materials for new listings. Check compliance for all new properties before they are launched to the market. Communicate with contractors, schedule appointments, and manage access where needed. Greet clients and visitors to the office and manage front desk responsibilities when required. Handle general lettings enquiries via phone, email, and in person. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on internal systems.

Person Specification:



Essential:



Strong organisational and administrative skills Excellent communication (written and verbal) High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a busy environment A proactive and positive attitude Confident IT skills, including Microsoft Office

Desirable:



Previous experience in lettings, property management, or estate agency Knowledge of lettings compliance requirements (e.g., gas safety, EICRs, deposit schemes)

Pay: 28,000.00-35,000.00 per year
