We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as Lettings coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity to work in the real estate industry and contribute to the growth of our company.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct property viewings with potential tenants
- Negotiate offers between tenants and landlords
- Provide excellent customer service to clients throughout the rental process
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and client interactions
- Preparing Inventories
-Assist in property management
-Updating Social Media portals
-Work closely with the Lettings Manager in business development
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and properties simultaneously
- Excellent administrative skills to maintain accurate records and documentation
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to build rapport with clients and negotiate effectively
