About Us

We are a well-established and fast-paced property company with over five years' experience in the lettings market. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Lettings Coordinator to take ownership of our lettings department and oversee the full lettings and property management function.

Role Overview

This is a hands-on role suited to an experienced lettings professional. The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day running of the lettings department, managing the full lifecycle of lettings from marketing and viewings through to tenancy management and landlord support. The role requires confidence, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

Department Oversight



Oversee and manage the lettings department to ensure smooth and efficient operations Take ownership of workflows, processes, and deadlines Ensure compliance with current lettings legislation and best practice Act as a senior point of contact for landlords, tenants, and contractors

Lettings & Marketing



Manage property listings across all platforms, ensuring accuracy and strong presentation Advise landlords on pricing, marketing strategy, and demand Coordinate and oversee property viewings Monitor enquiry levels and conversion performance

Tenant & Landlord Management



Manage tenant enquiries, applications, and progression to move-in Oversee referencing, Right to Rent checks, and tenancy documentation Maintain strong relationships with landlords, providing regular updates and advice Handle escalated tenant or landlord issues professionally and efficiently

Property Management



Oversee maintenance issues and liaise with contractors Authorise and monitor repairs, ensuring cost-effective solutions Coordinate inspections and ensure properties are maintained to a high standard Keep accurate records for all properties and tenancies
Skills & Experience Required

Significant experience in lettings and property management

Strong working knowledge of UK lettings legislation and compliance Excellent organisational and decision-making skills Confident communicator with a professional, customer-focused approach Ability to work independently and manage a busy portfolio Experience using property management software and systems
