Job Purpose



To provide an effective, efficient and customer focused lettings & management service to tenants, landlords and contractors.

The initial role will be quite varied with the successful applicant being involved with all aspects of lettings and management, working both in the office and on the phone, as well as spending periods of time out of the office on inspections and viewings. You will also be coordinating various property maintenance and compliance tasks.

It is essential that the successful applicant has a full driver's licence and is confident and able to work in an office environment in addition to working on their own initiative away from the office. A high level of accuracy and very good organisational skills will also be required to ensure that deadlines are met, and that our legal and regulatory requirements are also upheld. You will be working with an existing team and report to the business owner.

This role would suit anyone wishing to further their career in the estate agency industry, you may already be in a junior position, have previous experience from earlier positions and wish to pick your career back up. We will be willing to train the right person where needed.

Core Expectations



Confidently dealing with clients over the phone and face to face and displaying very high levels of customer service and understanding.

Working with a team to ensure effective marketing of properties, possible viewings, property maintenance and compliance management.

Some of the responsibilities may include chasing arrears, deposit protections, property move ins and checkouts and generally dealing with tenants and landlord queries.

Skills and Abilities



Residential lettings experience preferred

Customer focused and committed to delivering excellent service.

Very strong planning, administrative and organisational skills.

Ability to work under pressure, prioritise workloads and to work to strict guidelines.

Excellent communication skills including written work, presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Ability to record and manage accurate information and detailed data.

Ability to demonstrate a commitment to equality in all areas of work with customers & colleagues, both internal and external.

IT literate in standard office applications and able to manage computerised databases.

Experience



Lettings, and/or Customer service experience is essential, we will provide additional training to the candidate with the right attitude and ability

Property sales experience an advantage

Lettings CRM, Word & Excel & generally computer literate

Business hours are 9am - 5.30 pm Monday to Friday & some Saturdays

Having a valid driver's licence is essential to this role,

Salary - Dependant on experience



Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 25,000.00-28,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
