The Role:
We are looking for a diligent and proactive Lettings Credit Controller to join our team. In this role, you will focus on monitoring and managing tenant rent arrears as well as lettings aged debt to support the company's cash flow and financial health. You will work closely with our Property Management, Lettings, and Client Accounts teams to ensure timely resolution of outstanding balances and maintain accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor tenant accounts and proactively manage rent arrears cases.
Reconcile payments and maintain detailed, accurate financial records.
Work closely with internal teams to resolve disputes or discrepancies efficiently.
Assist in reducing aged debt and supporting effective cash flow management.
Provide regular reports and updates to management on arrears and recovery progress.
Skills & Experience:
Previous experience in credit control, finance, or property management is preferred.
Strong understanding of rent arrears and debt management processes.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

Pay: 25,000.00-40,000.00 per year
