a local independent Estates Agency based in Hemel Hempstead has an opening for a Lettings Lister to join a lettings team of 6.Job Summary
As our Lettings Lister, you'll be the face of the business when meeting new landlords, advising on rental values, and securing new instructions. You'll combine market knowledge with genuine care for our clients to deliver a service that stands out for all the right reasons.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out rental valuations and bring new properties to market Build long-term relationships with landlords, based on trust and service Prepare listings with quality photos, descriptions, and key property details Stay in touch with local trends, rental demand, and legislation Work closely with our lettings team to ensure a smooth onboarding process Represent our agency with professionalism, warmth, and local insight Re list properties when notice has been given
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in a lettings or estate agency role (in listings or valuations) Knowledge of the property market Excellent communication and customer service skills A natural self-starter with good time management Full UK driving licence
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 30,000.00-55,000.00 per year
