Midland Housing Ltd is a privately run, independent lettings and estate agency. We pride ourselves on maintaining high professional standards while offering a friendly and personal service to all our clients.

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic team member to join us as a Lettings Administrator / Property Manager. Ideally, candidates will have strong customer service experience and excellent time management skills. Previous experience in lettings or property management is desirable but not essential.

Key responsibilities include:

Arranging property inventories Scheduling routine inspections Rent collection and processing rent increases Coordinating property maintenance Renewing safety and compliance certificates Managing tenant deposits General office duties Assisting with evictions Supporting property sales
Candidate requirements:

Excellent communication skills Fluency in Urdu and Punjabi/Mirpuri A flexible, positive attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team Computer literacy, especially with email communication (composing, sending, and replying professionally) Full UK driving licence
Job Type: Full-time

Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 am - 6:00 pm

Salary: National Minimum Wage
