Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients to understand their property needs and preferences
- Conduct property viewings with potential buyers or tenants
- Negotiate and close sales or rental agreements
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales or letting process - Prepare and present property listings to attract potential buyers or tenants
- Coordinate property advertising and marketing efforts
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of property transactions
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient operations Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines - Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus
- Administrative skills for record keeping and documentation - Knowledge of the local real estate market is preferred but not required - Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for property viewings We offer a competitive salary package along with opportunities for career growth in the real estate industry.
