We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Lettings Manager to oversee our property lettings operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative and organisational skills, ensuring that all aspects of the lettings process run smoothly. This role requires excellent communication abilities, with a preference for multilingual candidates who can engage effectively with a diverse clientele.

Duties

Manage the entire lettings process from initial enquiries to tenant move-in. Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to prospective tenants. Maintain accurate records of all transactions and tenant communications. Liaise with landlords to ensure properties are marketed effectively and maintained to high standards. Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract potential tenants. Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and company policies. Handle tenant queries and complaints in a professional manner, resolving issues promptly. Collaborate with other departments to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements

Proven experience in a lettings or property management role is essential. Strong administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent organisational skills, ensuring that deadlines are met consistently. Multilingual abilities are advantageous, enhancing communication with diverse clients. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interaction with tenants and landlords alike. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
