We are now looking for an experienced
Lettings Manager
to lead our team and oversee the smooth running of our property management operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, train, and support the lettings and property management team.
Manage your own portfolio of residential properties.
Ensure compliance with Scottish lettings legislation, including tenancy law, HMO, and safety certification.
Act as the senior point of contact for complex landlord and tenant matters.
Drive service quality, efficiency, and portfolio growth.
Build long-term relationships with landlords, providing trusted advice and guidance.
About You
3+ years' experience in residential lettings or property management.
Strong knowledge of Scottish lettings law and compliance.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
Confident managing a busy workload in a fast-paced environment.
Full UK
driving licence
required.
