Lettings Manager - Estate Agency (Full-Time)

Salary:

28,000 basic + tiered commission

OTE:

65,000-85,000 (performance-based, uncapped)

Goldwyn Knight are expanding our new Greenwich SE10 branch and are seeking an experienced

Lettings Manager

with a proven track record in winning landlord instructions, growing portfolios, and leading a successful team.

This is a hands-on role offering genuine autonomy, responsibility, and strong earnings based entirely on performance.

Key Responsibilities

Win new landlord instructions across Greenwich and surrounding areas Conduct lettings valuations and convert leads consistently Manage, support and motivate a team of negotiators Drive stock levels, portfolio growth and branch performance Oversee tenancy progression, renewals and full compliance Ensure excellent service for both landlords and tenants

Requirements

2-3+ years' lettings or estate agency experience Proven ability to win instructions and convert valuations Strong valuation, negotiation and communication skills Confident leadership style Full UK driving licence (essential)

Salary & Commission

Basic Salary: 28,000

Tiered Commission (up to 15%)

on office revenue

12.5%

once the monthly revenue threshold is reached

15%

on high-performance months
