Office Administrator
to support the daily operations of our boutique estate agency in Greenwich SE10.
This is a key role within the business, supporting sales, lettings and property management while ensuring the smooth running of the office.
Perfect for someone who is confident, reliable and looking to build a long-term career within the property industry.
Key Responsibilities
Managing day-to-day office administration
Preparing tenancy agreements (ASTs) and compliance documentation
Uploading property listings to Rightmove, Zoopla and company website
Coordinating viewings, diaries and appointment scheduling
Handling phone calls, enquiries and client communication
Updating CRM systems accurately
Assisting with referencing, ID checks and move-in paperwork
Liaising with contractors, landlords and tenants
Providing operational support to the Managing Director
General administrative duties to support the wider team
Requirements
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Excellent communication (written & verbal)
Confident using computers, email, digital systems and CRM software
High attention to detail and accuracy
Positive, professional attitude
Ability to multitask and prioritise
Estate agency or property experience beneficial but
not essential
Full training provided

21,000-23,000 basic salary
(depending on experience)
