Lettings Negotiator - Estate Agency (Full-Time)

Location:

Greenwich SE10

Salary:

18,000-22,000 basic (DOE)

OTE:

45,000-60,000+ (uncapped, performance-based)

Goldwyn Knight are expanding our flagship Greenwich SE10 office and are looking for an ambitious Lettings Negotiator to help grow our landlord portfolio and let high-quality properties across London.

This is a great opportunity for someone hungry to earn, confident with people, and looking to progress quickly within a modern, fast-growing estate agency.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct property viewings and secure lets Win new landlord instructions Register tenants and match them to suitable properties Negotiate offers and manage deals through to completion Generate leads through canvassing, prospecting and follow-ups Support tenancy progression (full training provided) Deliver excellent customer service to landlords and tenants

Requirements

Confident, energetic and target-driven Strong communication and people skills Full UK driving licence (essential) Lettings experience helpful but not required Proactive, motivated and eager to progress

Salary & Commission

Basic Salary:

18,000-22,000 per year (experience dependent)

Commission & Bonuses:

10% commission on personal lets 15% commission on personal listings 200 bonus per new landlord 50 renewal bonus Monthly performance bonuses Uncapped earnings

Realistic OTE:

45,000-60,000+

(higher for top performers)
