a local independent Estates Agency based in Hemel Hempstead has an opening for a Lettings Manager.

Job Summary

As our Lettings Manager, you'll be the face of the business when meeting new landlords, advising on rental values, and securing new instructions. In addition to managing 2 negotiators.

You'll combine market knowledge with genuine care for our clients to deliver a service that stands out for all the right reasons.

Key Responsibilities:

Management of 2 negotiators Carry out rental valuations and bring new properties to market Build long-term relationships with landlords, based on trust and service Prepare listings with quality photos, descriptions, and key property details Stay in touch with local trends, rental demand, and legislation Work closely with our property management team Represent our agency with professionalism, warmth, and local insight Re list properties when notice has been given Oversee Lettings marketing and promotion

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in a lettings development and management role Excellent knowledge of the property market Excellent communication and customer service skills A natural self-starter with good time management Full UK driving licence
Package

Basic 30,000 to 35,000

OTE 55,000 un capped + co car

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 30,000.00-55,000.00 per year
