About the Role:

The purpose of this role is to source and carry out property valuations in order to list the properties and bring them to the market.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lettings Manager to help lead our successful lettings department. You will be responsible for overseeing the lettings operation, driving performance, ensuring compliance, and delivering exceptional customer service to both landlords and tenants.

This is a key leadership role, offering the opportunity to grow and develop a high-performing team while playing a vital part in the continued success of our business.

You will need to deliver a first-class customer experience for our Landlords and Tenants at all times.

You will need to ensure work is carried out as efficiently as possible, and that everyone is kept fully informed at all stages of the process.

The role requires an organised, methodical and efficient individual who is sales focused, as it involves lots of multitasking and meeting deadlines. It will very much suit someone who thrives on being in this kind of environment.

This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday (8:45am - 5pm) and one in three Saturdays. Occasionally evening valuations will be requested.

Previous experience as a Lettings Manager is essential.
