We are now seeking a motivated and experienced

Lettings Manager

to join our team, helping us grow our lettings portfolio and lead our success in the local market.

Key Responsibilities

Conducting accurate property valuations and winning new lettings instructions. Managing the letting team and process from instruction through to completion. Negotiating offers to ensure successful outcomes for landlords and tenants. Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and applicants. Conducting viewings and providing professional advice to prospective tenants. Prospecting and generating new business opportunities. Leading by example, motivating, and coaching the lettings team to exceed targets. Staying up to date with lettings legislation, compliance, and market trends. Ensuring a first-class customer experience throughout the lettings journey.

Key Requirements

A proven track record in residential lettings at a senior level. Previous experience conducting valuations and securing new instructions. Strong knowledge of the local lettings market in Hertfordshire. Some experience in people management, coaching and motivating a team. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Target-driven, proactive, and highly organised. Full UK driving licence Proficiency in property software such as Alto.

Competitive basic salary of

30,000 - 35,000

with a commission structure providing OTE
