Job Summary We are seeking a Lettings Manager to oversee our property rental operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the letting process, ensuring properties are occupied, and maintaining positive landlord-tenant relationships. Duties - Manage the end-to-end letting process for residential properties - Advertise available properties and conduct viewings - Screen potential tenants and negotiate lease agreements - Coordinate property maintenance and repairs - Handle tenant inquiries and resolve issues promptly - Ensure compliance with relevant tenancy laws and regulations Qualifications - Previous experience in property management or lettings - Strong administrative skills with excellent organisational abilities - Effective communication skills to liaise with landlords, tenants, and contractors - Multilingual abilities would be advantageous for dealing with diverse clientele
