Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Lettings Manager to oversee our clients property rental operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of clients. As a Lettings Manager, you will be responsible for managing the lettings process, ensuring a high standard of service is maintained throughout.

Duties

Manage the end-to-end lettings process, from property listings to tenant move-ins. Conduct viewings and provide detailed information about properties to prospective tenants. Conduct property valuations, develop and maintain relationships with landlords, tenants, and other stakeholders. Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and industry standards. Monitor market trends and provide insights to improve lettings strategies. Train and support team members in best practices for customer service and property management.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a lettings or property management role is preferred. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds. Multilingual abilities are advantageous for interacting with a wider client base. Proficient in administrative tasks and familiar with property management software. A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making within a fast-paced environment.
