HG Premier Lettings are looking for an experienced Lettings Manager to lead and develop a team based in our new office in Salford, Manchester and support our growing business.

This is a full time, office based role.

Core responsibilities include:

Identify and develop new business opportunities, and proactively target new landlords Offer solutions that help landlords optimise their investments through additional services Proactive Management of Arrears Supervise lettings staff diaries Perform, weekly lettings meeting with staff Supervise/ensure legal evictions where required Review sales campaigns / offers Negotiate terms and close deals Offer solutions that help landlords optimise their investments through additional services Keep all lettings literature up to date and current Work with suppliers and partners to provide landlords with high-quality property upgrade options Maintain health and safety / fire policies Conduct annual staff appraisals Supervise / quality assure property viewings and inspections Liaise with Property Services department where required Establish and maintain links with external agencies Ensure compliance with latest legislation Ensure compliance with statutory obligations Produce reports on empty properties Develop ideas/ drive staff to maximise occupancy rates of all properties

Skills:

Experience in a lettings or estate agency environment (required) Excellent interpersonal skills (required) Good written and verbal communication skills (required) Proactive and positive mindset (required) Valid UK driver's license (required) Familiar with Let MC (desirable) ARLA qualified (desirable)

Pay: Up to 32,000.00 per year
