We are one of the longest established estate agents in the town specialising in Residential / Commercial Lettings and Sales of properties and land

Attributes required and responsibilities:

We are looking for a highly motivated and ambitious Lettings Manager to join our Lettings team.

All applicants must be ARLA qualified with a proven track record of success.

Minimum of 5 years lettings experience, with at least 1 year as a lettings manager. Some experience of commercial lettings would be beneficial.

Undertake all valuations

Successfully lead your lettings team and collectively exceed targets.

Contacting clients from our in-house database of landlords.

Excellent communications and negotiating skills are paramount.

Ideally having previous experience of ALTO software

Your role will encompass all associated aspects of the day to day management of the lettings department and your team.

Uploading contractor invoices

Chasing Rent Arrears

You will be target driven and always ensuring the highest level of service is always maintained.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 25,000.00-30,000.00 per year
