The Role

Act as the trusted lettings expert for customers, delivering exceptional service List and launch new properties, maximising results for landlords and tenants Lead, motivate, and coach your team to achieve performance targets Take full ownership of your lettings business and local market profile Build your reputation as the go-to expert in Sittingbourne Drive results in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
About You

Proven experience in lettings with strong listing and conversion skills Leadership or management experience in a lettings setting Customer-focused and relationship-driven Ambitious, proactive, and motivated to exceed goals Professional, ethical, and passionate about property Team-oriented, celebrating both individual and group success

Full UK driving licence required

Work Pattern

5 days per week, including some Saturdays (2 on, 1 off)
